Julie D’Esposito
All Teams
Julie just moved to Miami after moving from CT. She was the assistant women’s lacrosse coach at Haverford College and assisted in leading the team to rank #22 in the nation, third in our conference and made the NCAA tournament for the first time since 1991. She also raised retention by improving assistant coach training and increasing one-on-one time with each player. The team out-scored, out-assisted and had almost a 10% better shooting percentage than our opponents.
Prior to Haverford, she spent one season as an assistant coach at Neumann where she helped guide the Knights to the Atlantic East Conference semifinals and a bid in the ECAC Tournament.
In college, she was a scholarship player at Division II Lock Haven from 2010-12 before becoming the President of the Women’s Lacrosse Club at West Chester. During her time at Lock Haven, she was a member of two PSAC Championship teams, including the 2011 team which advanced to the semifinals of the NCAA Division II Tournament.
