Lacrosse is an awesome team sport and is considered the fastest game on 2 feet! It's also currently the fastest-growing sport in the country from youth, through high school and even college! It's especially great for players that come from various athletic backgrounds such as soccer, basketball and more. We find that once kids pick up a stick, they fall in love with it! And the opportunities the sport can provide are endless! Hope to see you soon!
If players enjoy the clinic, we encourge them to join our fall club team starting early Sept! We practice 1 or 2 days per week through the fall/winter depending on which team you are on. Most teams also play in a few games/tournaments!

STICKS WILL BE PROVIDED!
If you have your own stick though, please bring it!

WHAT TO BRING:
If you have any equipment, bring it! (Stick, goggles, mouth guard). If not, no worries, we will provide sticks! Goggles and mouth guards are not required for this clinic.
Also, bring water and wear athletic clothes. Sneakers are fine, but cleats are recommended since it's a grass field.
