1) HS ELITE Players
LIMITED SPOTS, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
Our director, Jenna Martino-DiFede, is personally taking on a small group of players looking to work hard and dramatically increase their skills over the next 3 weeks with these short, intensive, small-group training sessions. We'll work on stick work, dodging, footwork, shooting, defensive skills, speed training and more.
Elite REQUIREMENTS:
High School Girs with at least 1 year of lacrosse experience
Come ready to focus, work hard and get better in a short period of time.
Elite WHERE/WHEN: Miami Palmetto HS, Pinecrest
Time: 5:15-6:45pm
The next 3 weeks, Tuesdays & Wednesdays
Dates: 7/22, 7/23, 7/29, 7/30, 8/5, 8/6
Elite COST:
$180 for all 6, $130 for 4, or $35 each for 1-3 sessions

2) MS/HS OPEN LEVEL
LIMITED SPOTS, FIRST COME FIRST SERVE
Open to girls 5th-12th grade. This group will be led by Coach Julian. We'll work on developing all skills like dodging, passing, shooting, footwork, and more. Build the foundation you need to hit the ground running once the Fall season comes around!

Beginners welcome (we'll have a separate coach for brand new players). Equipment provided! Beginners may attend the first session at NO CHARGE if brand new to the sport. Registration is still required before attendance.

Open to any players with little to NO experience. Come learn the basics of lacrosse in a fun, low-risk environment. This is a great opportunity for an intro to the sport and see if you may like to give it a try!
Where: Miami Palmetto Sr. High
When: A SATURDAY IN AUGUST - TBD
Time: 9am-10:15am (MID/END-AUGUST)
Who: ALL AGES Kinder - 12th. We will separate groups by age, equipment provided.

4) PRIVATE LESSONS
AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. RATES HERE! Email to get started.
WHAT TO BRING:
All players must have stick, goggles, mouth guard. However, beginner players, we can provide what you need to get started!
Also, bring your own water and wear athletic clothes. Sneakers are fine, but cleats are recommended since it's a grass field. There is a water fountain at the field and a vending machine if needed as well.
