About 305 Select

What's New:

Miami Sol is becoming 305 Select Lacrosse. But this is more than a new name. After talking with coaches, families and others throughout the Miami lacrosse community, one thing became clear: Miami needs better opportunities for girls lacrosse players at every level and every age. So we're building them.

305 Select brings together the foundation we've already built with more coaches, new energy, new vision, and a more intentional approach to player development.

From the young player picking up a stick for the first time to the experienced high school athlete looking for high-level competition, we want every player to have a place to learn, develop, compete and love the game.

New Programs

More Opportunities. More Ways to Play.

Not every player needs the same thing. That's why 305 Select is expanding our programming to create different environments for different ages, experience levels and goals. See below for a general overview of what each group entails.

Premier HS

High-level training. High-level competition.

Designed for experienced high school players ready to be challenged. Premier players will train in a competitive environment, develop advanced skills and game IQ, and compete together at select tournaments.

Tryout required.

Developmental HS

More reps. More coaching. More opportunity to grow.

A dedicated program for high school players who are newer to the game or still developing their skills.

Players will get the instruction, and repetition they need to build confidence and become stronger, smarter lacrosse players, setting them up for long term success.

Beginners Welcome. No tryout required.

Middle School

Build the player now. Prepare her for what's next.

Our middle school program bridges the gap between learning the game and playing it at a higher level.

We'll focus on strong fundamentals, lacrosse IQ, confidence and competitive play while preparing athletes for the next stage of their development. Higher level MS players may have a chance to play up.

Beginners welcome. No tryout required.

Youth / K-4

This is where the love of the game starts. Our youngest players don't need complicated drills, they need to move, play and have fun.

We'll introduce lacrosse fundamentals through games, challenges and activities kids already love, with a lacrosse twist. The goal is simple: teach them the game while making sure they can't wait to come back. This program will launch in October.

Meet Our Coaches

305 Select is bringing together an expanded group of coaches with one thing in common: they love this game and want to help grow it in Miami.

Our staff includes former Division I and Division III collegiate players and coaches, experienced local coaches, and new members of the South Florida lacrosse community bringing fresh knowledge and energy to the field. Different backgrounds. Different experiences. One shared goal: Give Miami players great coaching and more opportunities to get better.

2026 Fall Season Look

Here's a brief overview of the fall season.

HS Premier Tryouts

9/14 & 9/16

Our Premier HS team will be selected through tryouts to create a competitive roster of experienced players ready for high-level training and tournament play.

MS/HS Free Clinic/ Practice Week

9/16 & 9/19

We'll start with risk-free opportunities to give it a try! Free to attend, registration required.

Fall Season

The Season will start 9/21 for all MS/HS. Youth, fill out interest form.
