This is 305 Select Lacrosse

Meet Our Coaches 

​305 Select is bringing together an expanded group of coaches with one thing in common: they love this game and want to help grow it in Miami.

Our staff includes former Division I and Division III collegiate players and coaches, experienced local coaches, and new members of the South Florida lacrosse community bringing fresh knowledge and energy to the field. Different backgrounds. Different experiences. One shared goal: Give Miami players great coaching and more opportunities to get better.

Club Director

Jenna Martino

Jenna has extensive playing and coaching experience at all levels of the game. She played Division I lacrosse at St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, PA and was the leading scorer for 3 consecutive years, holds school records for goals and points, and she was recently inducted into the St. Joe's Athletics Hall of Fame.

As a collegiate coach, Jenna has been an Assistant at the University of New Hampshire (Division 1) 2015-16, and an Assistant at Fairleigh Dickinson University in NJ (Divison 3) 2013-15.

 

From 2016-2018 Jenna was a Marketing Director at a start-up restaurant company in Baltimore, MD.

 

Since moving to Miami in 2018, Jenna has helped out at various clubs and high schools, such as Westminster Christian, Ransom Everglades, and Lourdes Academy, and then became the Head Girls Lacrosse coach at Miami Palmetto HS from '22 to '25, helping the team to their best seasons in program history. Jenna is also a 3x Miami-Dade "Coach of the Year" from the Miami Herald.

 

Jenna also started a Media & Content Brand, Lax in the 305 which now has over 40K followers from all over the country across socials. 

Jenna says, "I absolutely love giving back to the game since it gave so much to me growing up. I truly enjoy helping players of all types, from developing players the first time they put a stick in their hand, to helping good players become great."

Field Director/Coach

Julian Mendez

Julian has 10 years of coaching experience on club and HS teams. He is currently the Head Girls Lacrosse Coach at Miami Palmetto HS, and was the Assistant Coach there for 7 years prior to that.

 

He has helped the team to some of their best seasons in program history, winning 2 District Championships and making it to district championship games and regional tournaments multiple years as well. He coaches all positions on the field, as well as goalies.

Julian grew up in Miami playing baseball competitively, and wishes he found lacrosse earlier! He also played basketball, football, soccer, tennis &  raquteball. He found his love of the game through a friend who played Division 1 lacrosse and also coached at the club and HS level for many years.

Currently, Julian is also a property manager in Miami and graduated from the University of Miami. 

 

Julian says,"I love lacrosse and I want it to grow in the city that I love. It’s very rewarding to be a part of these players’ development."

Julian is available for private training all year round, including goalies!

Coach

Erin Kelley

A Boston, Massachusetts native, Erin grew up around lacrosse, beginning the sport at just 5 years old with her dad, a former college player, as her coach.

 

A multi-sport athlete, she also competed in soccer and track before going on to play collegiate lacrosse at Rollins College, graduating in 2018.

Erin is currently a Pilates instructor and lacrosse coach at Our Lady of Lourdes Academy, going onto her 4th year with the program.

 

She loves coaching for the opportunity to help young women grow both on and off the field, building confidence, learning to work together, overcoming challenges, and realizing what they’re capable of.

Fun fact: Erin has an orange cat!

Coach

Kenley Zeruto

Kenley is a Huntingtown, Maryland native, and played collegiate lacrosse at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, graduating in 2025. During her career, she was a 3x All-SSC selection and earned IWLCA First Team All-American and First Team All-Region honors in 2025. She also holds five all-time program records at Embry-Riddle and stayed with the program as a graduate assistant coach.

Kenley began playing lacrosse at age 9 and also grew up playing field hockey and soccer.

 

She now works as a data analyst and loves coaching as a way to stay connected to the game while helping the next generation of players grow.

Fun fact: Kenley recently adopted a kitten named Mouse!

Coach

Cydney Lisk

A Catonsville, Maryland native, Cydney played Division I lacrosse at Loyola University Maryland, graduating in 2026. A four-year defender for the Greyhounds, she capped off her collegiate career as a team captain, starting all 20 games her senior season and 61 of 62 games throughout her career. As a freshman, she helped anchor a Loyola defense that ranked No. 2 in NCAA Division I in scoring defense.

 

Cydney is now attending the University of Miami, where she is pursuing her master’s degree in criminology and criminal justice.

 

A multi-sport athlete growing up, she played soccer and basketball and also earned her black belt in karate.

Cydney brings a positive, encouraging approach to coaching with particular strengths in defensive IQ, stick skills, and footwork. She loves keeping the game fun while helping players of all ages and skill levels improve.

Fun fact: Cydney has two middle names and a dog named Colby!

Coach

Alessandra Pelliccia

Alessandra is a McLean, Virginia native, and played collegiate lacrosse at Occidental College, where she graduated in 2020. During her career, she served as a team captain and earned the Trevor Moawad Leadership Award, SCIAC Offensive Player of the Year, First Team All-SCIAC, and First Team All-West Region honors.

A multi-sport athlete growing up, Alessandra also competed in field hockey, basketball, and track & field.

 

She recently moved to Miami after completing her MBA at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and now works in impact finance.

Alessandra loves coaching because it gives her the opportunity to share the sport that brought her many of her closest friendships, best memories, and core values.

Coach

Gemma Bready

Coach Gemma is originally from N.H. where she was a first team All-American, an Academic All-American, all-state selection, and the New Hampshire Division III Player of the Year. Gemma was also a captain for her HS team. 

 

She continued her career at Colby college where she played all 4 seasons as a midfielder. During her senior season she started all 19 games and finished third on the Mules in caused turnovers (20).   Gemma was also on the NESCAC Spring All-Sportsmanship Team.

 

She currently coaches at Ransom Everglades and works in the Grove at Riley Smith Group with Compass.
